This article is for IT Admins who want to configure Firefox on their organization's computers.
Download the macOS .pkg for the release version and language you want to deploy:
- Browse to https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/
- Navigate to the release version directory (e.g. '72.0.2').
- Navigate to the 'mac' platform directory.
- Navigate to the language directory (e.g. 'en-US').
Important: If the update didn't start, didn't complete or there was some other problem, you can go to the Systems & Languages page to download and install the latest version of Firefox for your system and language or you can use this download link (see How to download and install Firefox on Windows Install Firefox on Linux How to download and install Firefox on Mac for more information). I'm running Mac OS X 10.4.11 'Intel,' TenFourFox doesn't help with that. Whenever I load Firefox it tells me to upgrade to 12.0 for security reasons. 12.0 is most definitely not compatible with the version of OS X on my MacBook Pro. It will automatically detect the platform and language on your computer and recommend the best version of Firefox for you. Click Download Firefox.

Once the .pkg is downloaded:
- Log in to Jamf Now.
- Click the Apps tab.
- Click Add an App.
- Click Upload Your App.
- Drag and drop the PKG file into the upload page or click Browse to search for it on your computer.
